Plough Zero is a heavy duty cable burial tool operating either from a vessel or beach. Burial depth is adjusted via the front skids elevation and share penetration is measured by an arm that rides along the seabed. Video burial data can be relayed back to a supporting vessel.

Capable of burial depths up to 1m at a maximum ploughing speed of 0.5 knots, Plough Zero can handle cable widths of up to 90mm diameter with 17 tonne maximum towing force and a cable bend radius of 1.5m.
